About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Community Builder and Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving business growth through social selling.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments, as well as experience and network in the HR/Recruiting Industry.
Responsibilities:
* Create a strategic plan for client base development
* Engage actively in the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Acquire employers searching for tech talent to our platform
* Generate own leads

* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
