Role SummaryWe are seeking motivated Outbound Call Center Operators to support our HVAC service operations in the United States. This role focuses on proactive customer outreach, scheduling preventive maintenance appointments and safety inspections for homeowners.The primary goal of this position is to generate service demand and maintain a steady flow of scheduled appointments for field technicians. By contacting existing and past customers, the operator helps prevent equipment breakdowns and ensures customers receive reliable comfort in their homes.Success in this role means consistently scheduling maintenance visits, delivering a positive customer experience, and maintaining accurate CRM records. This position is an important part of the company's customer care and service operations, directly supporting the productivity of field technicians.Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to customers in the company database to schedule HVAC maintenance visits and inspections.• Contact different customer groups including Comfort Club members, inactive customers, and new prospects.• Present the company's preventive maintenance offers and service guarantees clearly and professionally.• Schedule appointments for HVAC tune-ups and inspections according to technician availability.• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls (\"Happy Calls\") after service visits.• Record call outcomes, customer information, and appointment details in the CRM system.• Follow company call scripts and communication guidelines to maintain consistency and professionalism.• Maintain productivity targets related to calls made and appointments scheduled.• Coordinate with the scheduling and dispatch teams when necessary to ensure accurate appointment management.• Maintain a positive and professional tone during all customer interactions.Qualifications Skills• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during outbound calls. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools. • Fast and accurate typing skills.Experience• Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center environments is preferred.• Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting is a strong advantage.• Experience working with U.S. customers or international support teams is a plus.Work Requirements• Quiet and professional home office environment. • Reliable high-speed internet connection. • Ability to work during U.S. business hours. • Strong focus and discipline during outbound calling periods.
