Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring ongoing delivery routes and communicating with delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat.
* Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless logistical operations, maintaining effective communication channels, and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery processes.
* Specific requirements are being able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST) and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management. Proficiency in English is also a must.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
