Account Management Position

About the Opportunity

This role is centered on driving revenue growth through effective account management and pipeline development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling software solutions to new and existing customers, while also developing strategic plans to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities include:

* Sales and Territory Development - Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
* Quota Target Achievement - Meet or exceed established quota targets through effective sales execution and pipeline management.
* Opportunity/Account Planning - Develop tailored plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth in assigned accounts.
* Relationship Development - Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
* Business Case Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business cases that address customer pain points and priorities.
* Pipeline Management - Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
* Territory Development - Identify and pursue new opportunities through targeted cold calling and lead follow-up, working closely with Account Executives to generate high-value prospects.
* Skills and Experience - Articulate business value to prospects, gathering needs and understanding initiatives related to our solution.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years of sales experience in software.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients.
* Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and within a team.
