We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analysis group, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex business data.
* Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with product managers and product owners to gather and document business requirements.
* You will be part of Agile Product Delivery, working closely with the Scrum Team to ensure the team understands all Product Backlog Items to estimate and plan for sprint planning.
* Your experience in launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams is essential.
* You must have a high degree of proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of agile principles.
The ideal candidate will have:

* Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product.
* Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products.
* Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization and time management skills.
* Understanding of cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems (systems and data).
* Familiarity with MS Power BI for Business reporting and Self-service.
* Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in the Supply Chain domains.
* Knowledge of the CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs to help inform the product vision and roadmap.
* Experience creating automated data quality management rules.
