Key Account Professional
You will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships within the Brazilian market. Your goal is to drive revenue growth, achieve performance objectives, and serve as a trusted advisor to optimize client operations.
About the Role:
* Develop strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction
* Take full commercial ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance objectives
* Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements
* Monitor and report on monthly revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at all organizational levels
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, ideally for a slot or game provider
* Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage
* Native or resident of a LATAM market (for example Brazil, Colombia, or Peru)
* Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and build long-term client partnerships
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions that meet strategic business goals
* Proficiency in CRM systems and promotion management tools preferred
* Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach
* Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events
