Data Analyst - Growth Marketing & CROThe RoleWe seek a Senior Data Analyst responsible for leading data analysis projects and developing dashboards and reports.
This professional will also act as a data expert to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes within our Growth Marketing and CRO team.
This professional will work closely with different business areas, ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of the information used in analyses, dashboards, and presentations for senior executives in our e-commerce environment.What will I be doing?Dashboard Development: Create and optimize executive dashboards and reports using Power BI as our official data visualization toolData Integration: Build and structure data models in BigQuery, creating tables that consolidate information from disparate sources into cohesive data cubesAd-hoc Analysis: Quickly deliver high-quality ad-hoc reports and analyses to address urgent business questions and support strategic decision-makingData Analysis: Perform advanced data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business process improvements and growth opportunitiesData Modeling and Integration: Ensure the measurement, quality, and consistency of the presented data and information, working collaboratively with the IT and Data teamsInterdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner for various business areas, understanding their needs and translating them into efficient and actionable KPIs and metricsExecutive Reporting: Develop and update manager and executive reports on time, with reliable and consistent data, ensuring high-quality and actionable insightsKPIs: Align and collaborate in the development and control of KPIs and goals alongside business teamsAI Implementation: Explore and implement AI-powered solutions (like Google AI) to optimize daily analysis workflows and improve data processing efficiencyIdeal CandidateBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketingAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets efficientlyProficiency in Power BI as our primary BI tool and BigQuery for data modeling and queriesAdvanced experience with query and data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Python)Strong data modeling skills with the ability to organize and structure scattered information sources into meaningful data cubes and tables in BigQueryExtensive experience with MarTech tools, including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, for digital marketing measurement and analysisExperience working with marketing data platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate platforms, and other media toolsExpertise in storytelling for executive presentations (goals and results)Strong business acumen with the ability to see the big picture and connect data insights to business strategyFast learner with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlinesExperience with AI tools and applications for data analysis and process optimizationProactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends in data analysis, visualization, and AI applicationsAbout Our TeamYou will join our Growth Marketing and CRO team within the Marketing department of our e-commerce business.
