At Tata Consultancy Services Argentina, we are looking for a Delivery Lead
The position is Hybrid in Buenos Aires Capital under dependency relationship.

Role Overview
The Delivery Lead owns end-to-end delivery accountability for one or more value streams. This is a delivery leadership role for someone who takes personal accountability for whether the value stream delivers its committed outcomes each increment.
You will work directly with the product team to drive scope and priority tradeoffs, manage cross-team and cross-country dependencies, and ensure that platform commitments translate into shipped, production-ready capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership
Own end-to-end delivery of value stream commitments from planning through production release
Hold joint accountability with Product Management for what gets delivered, when, and to what quality standard
Make scope and priority tradeoff decisions in partnership with the product team
Maintain a clear, current picture of delivery status, risks, and confidence levels — no surprises to program leadership
Cross-Team and Cross-Country Coordination
Manage dependencies between various teams, and shared services (API/Cloud enablement/Infrastructure/Change Management)
Coordinate sequencing with regional & country stakeholders including IT and business alignment touchpoints
Align delivery resources to value stream commitments and track progress against those commitments
Risk and Dependency Management
Proactively identify delivery risks — technical, dependency, resourcing, or stakeholder — and drive mitigation before they become blockers
Escalate with clear options and recommendations, not just issue descriptions
Stakeholder Alignment
Serve as the primary delivery interface for country IT and business stakeholders on program execution questions
Provide transparent, concise delivery updates to the program leadership
Partner with Solution & Technical Leads to ensure architecture decisions align with delivery sequencing
Delivery Governance
Lead or co-facilitate planning readiness, cross-value-stream coordination, and System Demos for the value stream
Track and improve feature delivery predictability, feature cycle time, and dependency resolution velocity
Drive continuous improvement through retrospective actions that actually close
Required Experience
7+ years in software delivery, program management, or agile leadership — with at least 3 years in a role owning delivery outcomes (not just process)
3+ years in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments — operating at the ART or value stream level, not just team level
Demonstrated experience delivering multi-country or multi-tenant digital products in complex enterprise environments
Experience working with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred) and modern microservices delivery — enough technical fluency to have credible conversations with engineers and architects
Experience coordinating delivery with multiple external teams and partners
Exposure to digital health, insurance, or regulated industry platforms is a strong plus
