Regional Sales Leadership Role
This leadership position is focused on driving sales growth and strategic planning across allocated regions. To achieve this, the ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and experience in key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead regional sales teams to achieve business targets.
* Implement sales programs and tools, including CRM and IBP systems.
* Build and execute account plans for regional business development.
* Monitor and report on major sales activities within direct and indirect sales channels.
* Provide demand forecasts for regional segment sales plans.
* Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer value through service, efficiency, and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against desired service levels.
Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
* 7-10 years of work experience in commercial leadership roles, sales, and key account management.
* Significant level of experience in data analysis tools.

* Fluency in English for global communication.
