Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions. This role will involve building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing ecommerce and marketing data, identifying trends in customer behavior, and supporting leadership with clear insights. Responsibilities: * Data Analysis: Build and maintain dashboards & projection tools for sales, marketing, inventory etc., Analyze ecommerce & marketing data (Shopify, ads, reviews), Identify trends in conversion, retention and customer behavior * Support Leadership: Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations * Answer Business Questions: Answer real business questions fast Requirements: Qualifications: = Strong SQL + Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience with dashboards & KPIs preferred 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst ,
