Strategic Operations Project CoordinatorWe are currently hiring for a division which focuses on providing services to immigration law firms across the United States.The Strategic Operations Project Coordinator will serve as a key support resource to operational leadership, combining elements of project coordination, business analysis, and administrative management. This role is responsible for managing small-to-medium projects, conducting research and analysis, building documentation, performing system testing, and offloading administrative tasks from senior leaders to improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in AI tools and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities-Project ManagementManage and coordinate small-to-medium projects from initiation through completion.Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate project status to leadership.Identify and escalate project risks or blockers appropriately.-Operational SupportOffload administrative and analytical tasks from operational leaders including report generation, data compilation, and meeting preparation.Conduct research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, process improvements, and business opportunities.Assist in the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and strategic documents.Support special initiatives and ad-hoc requests from leadership.-Analysis and ReportingPerform light data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards for leadership review.Analyze business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable summaries.-Documentation and System TestingBuild and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.Conduct system testing for new features, integrations, or process changes.Document test results, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to appropriate stakeholders.-AI Tool UtilizationLeverage AI tools (Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity and output quality.Identify opportunities to apply AI capabilities to operational challenges.Stay current on AI tool developments and best practices.Qualification-Required:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, or administrative support rolesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceDemonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in professional contextsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environmentComfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiative-Preferred:Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 automation toolsProject management certification (PMP, CAPM) or similar credentials
