Commercial Manager - B2B Industrial Solutions
Our client is a leading multinational company, recognized as a global reference in its segment and currently expanding its operations in Brazil.
We are looking for a Commercial Manager with a strong hunter profile, passionate about developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships within the B2B industrial and agribusiness markets.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national sales strategy, ensuring growth and profitability across the B2B ingredients and industrial solutions market;
Prospect and open new accounts nationwide, identifying opportunities and creating customized solutions for clients;
Manage and nurture existing relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction;
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, with consistent follow-up and strategic account management;
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis, identifying trends, opportunities and potential risks;
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, supporting business decisions with accurate and actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, or related areas;
Proven experience in sales and business development within industrial ingredients, agribusiness, or food sectors;
Strong commercial drive and hunter mindset, with ability to generate and convert new opportunities while maintaining key accounts;
Strategic view of the Brazilian B2B and industrial markets;
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with focus on results and long‑term relationships;
Availability to live in Curitiba and travel across Brazil;
Advanced English for communication with regional/global teams.
