Key Account Manager - Latin America
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Your primary objective will be to develop and execute territory sales plans that align with our corporate objectives. This includes building strong pipelines and long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders through regular engagement and business reviews.
You will also be responsible for coordinating the set-up and future management of an agencies' network, while monitoring competitors, market trends, and risks. Additionally, you will support tenders, prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and contribute to closing sales.
As a representative of our company, you will represent us at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote our services and strengthen our brand presence in the region.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 8–10 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and account management within the logistics/transportation sector (ocean and air freight, import/export), with a strong track record in Latin American markets.
* Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (oral and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Brazil, Argentina, wider Latin America, and occasionally to our headquarters in Europe.
