Production Supervisor
This Production Supervisor will oversee and direct a team of production partners in a food manufacturing setting to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes.
* The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Food/Dairy Science, Agriculture, Business Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Candidates with a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of proven Production Leadership experience may also be considered.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and coaching a diverse team of production supervisors to drive performance, accountability, and engagement.
2. Process Optimization: Setting clear production goals and creating plans to achieve them.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Organizing and leading regular team meetings to discuss safety, performance, key performance indicators, and challenges or opportunities in the production process.
