ServiceNow Technical Expert
This role will play a pivotal part in building and evolving ServiceNow as the IT ERP for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
2. Guide and supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
3. Perform configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
Closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
