This person will be responsible for driving strategic hiring processes, supporting regional leadership in team expansion, and ensuring excellence in both candidate and internal stakeholder experience.We are seeking a hands-on professional with strong experience in international technical recruiting within IT consulting, strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven approach.This role will have constant interaction with global stakeholders, technology leaders, and business areas, making strong communication skills, prioritization, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments essential.Key responsibilitiesLead the LATAM Talent Acquisition team, fostering development, performance tracking, and best recruiting practicesDrive attraction and selection strategies for technical roles across various seniority levels and technologiesActively manage international recruitment processes across Latin America and/or North AmericaAlign hiring strategies with technology leaders, operations, and executive leadershipEnsure agility, quality, and predictability in recruitment processesConduct market mapping and develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized profilesMonitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve funnel performance, SLA, conversion rates, and candidate experienceStructure and optimize recruitment processes, policies, and toolsParticipate in global meetings and collaborate with international teamsRequired qualificationsStrong experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on technical recruitingPrevious experience in IT consulting or outsourcing companiesProven experience leading recruitment teamsStrong background in international hiring, especially across LATAMExperience recruiting roles such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, SAP, among othersAdvanced or fluent English for interviews and meetingsExperience with active sourcing and talent attraction strategiesAnalytical, organized, and metrics-driven profileNice to haveIntermediate or advanced SpanishExperience with LATAM operations expansionExperience in multicultural and high-volume environmentsKnowledge of ATS systems, recruitment metrics, and TA automationExperience working with global clients in the U.S. or CanadaAvenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and compliance with the most rigorous data protection regulations worldwide, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and CPRA.
