Key Responsibilities:
* Lead onboarding for new team members, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
* Manage talent development together with leaders, focusing on Individual Development Plans and skill enhancement.
* Collaborate with the HR People Partner for seamless processes and Peopleforce integration.
* Foster engagement through team-building activities and open communication in Brazil (PT BR) and Latin America (ES).
* Monitor team dynamics and collaborate with Team Leaders for optimal performance.
* Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring, including Service Provider positions.
* Conduct the 360º review yearly process to ensure fixed payment updates.
* Work on payroll for Brazil and Latin America, ensuring accuracy.
* Lead culture and employer branding projects.
* Review and improve current processes.
Desired Qualifications:
* English (B2 and higher) with excellent communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
* Experience 1 plus year as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced international company.
* Strong people orientation and flexibility to meet team needs.
* Attention to details in all tasks.
* Exceptional organizational abilities for effective multitasking.
