Job DescriptionHybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week.What you will do/Responsibilities:Interface with Marketing to ensure strategic and contractual alignment with Purchasing.Represent Purchasing in Project Execution Team meetings. (the voice of Purchasing)Interface with Chief Engineers, Executive Directors, Program leads.Coordinate interaction between Engineer and Purchasing to prepare for Engineering Project reviews.Support Project Team meeting requestsCoordinate Project costs to include logistics, containerization and other supply chain costs with the Project TeamCommunicate and coordinate Project change requests and decision to PurchasingReport out program financials to Purchasing Executive leadershipCoordinate interaction with global areasMonitor and track parts not on contractSupport Supplier Launch Readiness ReviewThis position will also encompass an additional role (PPM planner).
