**Posizione**:
Jakala is looking for a high-performing **Sales Director** to be part of its** Brazilian Office**.
The Sales Director will report directly to the **LATAM** General Manager and will be responsible for the developing of the key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
As a Sales Director at Jakala you will be involved in:
- Business development: managing actual customers, prospects and specially generating, new leads
- Furthermore, the portfolio must be developed, looking for a new customer within the assigned territory (Brazil)
- The customer base is mainly developed by large food retailers, so it is the priority element for selecting the experience and active contacts with this type of customer
- People management: manage people, teams’ needs and lease with the General Manager
- Leads generation and/or research: prospecting and identifying leads, leveraging personal networks, in particular in the Marketing (priority) and Purchasing areas
- Designing plans to meet sales targets
- Developing and cultivating decision makers relationships (Brazilian customers, prospects and leads)
**Requisiti**:
**Responsibilities**
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
**Skills**
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the B2B and/or loyalty program fields
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Team Leader attitude
- Goal oriented, capable to overcome challenges
- Previous experiences in start-up environment / project is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- English fluent
