About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns using established templates and SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of precision execution and zero critical errors in recent work. They should also be familiar with Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, and Slack.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Build campaigns in Google Ads Manager and Ads Editor following our templates and SOPs.
* Perform weekly and monthly optimization routines (negative keywords, search term reviews, budgets, ad assets, keyword additions, bidding strategy, etc.).
* Maintain documentation and task updates in ClickUp.
* Implement and QA tracking with WhatConverts following established processes.
* Run reports in Looker Studio with performance analysis.
* Manage Local Service Ads (budget pacing, category, verification checks, etc.).
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (non-e-commerce).
* Familiar with Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, and Slack.
* Proven track record of precision execution and zero critical errors in recent work.
