About this Role:
This position involves overseeing and expanding existing customer accounts, as well as identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Development: Design and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Regular Account Reviews: Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business reports to customers.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (including pre-sales, product, legal, and marketing) to support customer success.
Sales and Revenue:
* Achieve Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Client Retention: Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
* Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
* Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, developments, and competitor activities and share insights with the sales team.
