You will play a critical role in scaling our Meta and social ads strategy by formulating new campaigns, optimizing control ads, and utilizing your own creativity in the drafting of new creatives. This is not a standard media buying role—we are looking for someone who can thrive as an independent contributor and be ready to contribute right away.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute data-driven Meta Ads strategies aligned with business goals (driving high quality leads while maintaining ROAS targets)
Identify high-converting audience segments using first-party data, lookalikes, and more.
Build and iterate a wide array of campaigns centered around retargeting, reach, and test new bid strategies.Campaign Execution
Launch and manage existing Meta campaigns
Structure ad sets for efficient scaling
Coordinate appropriate campaign setups using new and existing pixels, events, and custom iterations.
Use Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager proficiently for campaign builds, budget allocation, and trackingPerformance OptimizationMonitor KPIs daily (CPL, CPC, RPL, etc.) and proactively optimize campaigns for scale and profitability
Run creative-level and audience-level split tests to improve CPA and reduce ad fatigue
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming assets
Implement bid strategy adjustments based on real-time performanceCreative Collaboration & TestingCollaborate with copywriters and video editors to script, brief, and test direct-response creative optimized for scroll-stopping performance
Interpret creative data signals to guide future iterations
Contribute to a rigorous creative testing roadmap and identify winning creatives quicklyAI & Automation ProficiencyUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Motion) to streamline creative concepting and copy production

Stay ahead of Meta’s algorithmic updates and Advantage suite features (Adv+ audiences, creative, catalog, etc.)Reporting & CommunicationProduce weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights using Ads Manager or Google Sheets
Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders or clients
Forecast and project campaign results based on historical data and budget plansBonus SkillsExperience with instant lead form campaign

Knowledge of GA4 and server-side tracking (CAPI Gateway, Conversions API)
