* Gather Requirements and Develop a Roadmap: Serve as the expert for business processes within the cinema division, collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements, develop a rollout strategy, and align stakeholders.
* Identify and Lead Task Forces: Assemble teams of experts and stakeholders as needed.
* Excel in Project Management: Manage projects from concept to implementation, monitor progress, resolve challenges, and deliver on time.
* Manage Dependencies: Identify and address project dependencies across teams, collaborate to design project sequences.
* Implement Tools & Systems: Promote adoption of sales enablement tools and processes, train and support teams during implementation.
