Job Title: Digital Asset Specialist

* Job Summary: A metadata expert with experience managing large-scale digital asset libraries. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to scale structure through governance, training, and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain robust metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies.
2. Organize and manage large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms(e.g., AEM) ensuring scalability and accessibility.
3. Implement consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards for seamless content discovery.
4. Collaborate with teams to implement governance policies and metadata best practices, providing human-in-the-loop support for AI tagging tools.
5. Train and onboard marketers and content owners on structured DAM systems, ensuring efficient content management.
6. Ensure compliance with usage rights, workflows, and content lifecycle management across decentralized teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years program or project management experience, with a focus on digital asset management.
* Experience creating high-quality training data for AI prompt development, enhancing model performance.
* Proven track record in managing extensive digital asset libraries, ensuring organization, accessibility, and scalability.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and onboard teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset, prioritizing user needs and satisfaction.
