We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Effective Communication: Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Client Meetings: Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Client Success Ownership: Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations, leveraging your problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and drive success.
* Support for Media Buyers: Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration.
* Portfolio growth : Work on creating a good relationship with the clients in order to grow their portfolio with us via upsells, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
* Client retention : One of the main responsibilities for this role is to ensure client's satisfaction so he keeps working with us, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, as well as exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
