Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Account Manager who can act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, executing digital campaigns, and providing strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing
