We are looking for Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities):
1. Functional Expertise & Requirements Analyze and validate financial business requirements related to data conversion from SAP to Oracle EBS.
Provide subject-matter expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
Understand existing SAP Financial structures to design accurate mapping to Oracle EBS.
2. Data Conversion & Mapping Lead functional activities for end-to-end data migration cycles (Extract–Transform–Load).
Define conversion mapping rules from SAP data elements to Oracle EBS financial objects.
Review data profiling results and identify gaps or anomalies.
Collaborate with technical teams to finalize conversion design documents (MD50/MD70).
3. Validation & Reconciliation Validate converted data in Oracle EBS test environments.
Perform financial data reconciliations (trial balance, open transactions, subledger balances).
Support mock conversions, SIT, and UAT cycles.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with SAP functional teams to understand data structures, dependencies, and transformation logic.
Partner with business users to confirm functional expectations and sign-off on migrated data.
Collaborate with technical developers, DB teams, and cutover managers.
5. Cutover & Go-Live Support Prepare conversion runbooks and validation checklists.
Support cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live activities.
Troubleshoot issues related to financial data in Oracle EBS.
Mandatory Skills Advanced English Experience with EBS R12 upgrade & Implementation Oracle projects.
Prior experience in multi country/multi ledger implementations.
Ability to read and validate SQL queries (basic to intermediate level).
Experience reviewing MD50/MD70/ADI templates.
Familiarity with interface programs, APIs, and financial open transactions.
Proven experience in at least one large SAP ? Oracle EBS migration or multi system financial conversion project.
Strong understanding of financial data flows, chart of accounts, ledger setups, subledger architectures, and accounting rules.
Experience as an Oracle EBS (R12) Finance Functional Consultant.
Strong knowledge of the following Oracle Financial modules: o General Ledger (GL) o Accounts Payable (AP) o Accounts Receivable (AR) o Fixed Assets (FA) o Cash Management (CM) o Subledger Accounting (SLA) What can you expect from us?
