- 5+ years of experiencein production support or related roles;
- Strong experience withL1/L2 support in banking environments;
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis;
- Familiarity in using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Autosys.- Hands-on experience with Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible;
- Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware;
- Availability to work in 24/7 shift rotation (weekends and public holidays included);
- Excellent English skills (B2+);
- Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support.Nice to have- Familiarity with batch processing, reconciliations, and end-of-day operations;
- Experience with core banking operations (Retail Banking, Treasury, Payments, Wealth Securities);
