Digital Business Analyst – Shape the Future of Energy Reporting & Operations!We are recruiting on behalf of a global energy services organisation operating across Gas & Power Services. This programme sits at the heart of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer transparency - replacing fragmented, manual reporting with a scalable digital reporting solution across complex industrial assets.You’ll join a long-term, high-impact transformation programme focused on power plant operations, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and performance reporting. This is a discovery-heavy role with real ownership, working directly with senior stakeholders to define what the product should be, before it’s built.As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll lead domain discovery, define product capabilities, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to turn complex operational needs into a clear, scalable digital solution.Your Role:You’ll be the bridge between operations, data, and delivery.
