The Job

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with around 3 years of proven experience in outbound and inbound prospecting. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, engaging prospects through multi-channel outreach, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to pipeline growth through consistent, structured activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Qualifying inbound leads and assessing fit using established criteria.
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers.
* Booking discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives.
* Researching target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and personalize outreach.
* Managing CRM hygiene—log activities, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate data.
* Collaborating with marketing to optimize campaigns and lead flow.
* Providing feedback to product and sales teams on market insights, prospect objections, and trends.

Ideal Candidate

* You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or product-based companies.
* You have strong track record of achieving sales targets and booking meetings with decision-makers.
* You have excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
* You have hands-on experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar.
* You have the ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
* You are highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with metrics.
* You are Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
