Tanda is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. We invite candidates with an entrepreneurial and motivated mindset, as well as a keen interest in the fire safety industry, to apply.

Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of overseas markets by identifying and establishing partnerships with local distributors and sales channels.
* Build and maintain a robust overseas channel system, ensuring effective implementation of cooperation strategies and incentive programs.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel clients to foster long-term, stable collaborations.
* Conduct ongoing market research to gather intelligence on regional trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to headquarters.
* Provide comprehensive sales support to agents, including assistance in achieving targets, technical training, and promotional support.
* Represent the company at international trade shows and conduct overseas visits to enhance business development efforts.
* Lead and participate in business negotiations, contract finalization, and the development of commercial terms.
* Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager/direct supervisor.


Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in overseas/fire safety industry channel development and management.
* Proficiency in English or another language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, French); must be capable of independently engaging in overseas meetings and negotiations.
* Solid understanding of international trade practices and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
* Prior experience or existing customer networks in the new energy charging infrastructure or smart security sectors is highly preferred.
* Love sales work, have good interpersonal communication skills, sense of responsibility and team awareness. Dynamic, resilient, and self-motivated individual with exceptional negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
