SAP Data Assurance Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as experience with data conversion tools such as ADR by Syniti.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Managing data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
* Providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
* Tracking and reporting data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Required qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADR by Syniti.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.
