Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the design team across branding, UI/UX, and visual communication, promoting excellence, accountability, and creativity;

* Oversee the execution and quality of all design deliverables, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with brand and product goals;
* Provide mentorship and guidance to designers, fostering professional development and skill growth;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Business Development) to integrate design into broader strategic initiatives;
* Represent the design function in executive-level discussions, contributing to business planning and positioning design as a strategic advantage;
* Evaluate and maintain Uitify's visual identity, design systems, and creative processes;
* Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and industry benchmarks to ensure Uitify remains at the forefront of digital and brand design.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a design studio or related field;
* Proven track record of driving design innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
