Business Development Director
The Sales Manager will drive growth across Latin America, selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
1. Manage key accounts across LATAM, building senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Develop country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify whitespace and protect market share.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
7. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
8. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
