Your Role and Responsibilities: Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with ITIL standards. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills. Handle technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot problems. Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities. Define and enforce operational processes to maximize system uptime. Collaborate with functional teams on implementation strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAPJava stacks) High Availability setup (Unix/Windows) SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues Kickstart environment setup and maintenance End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients SAP version and EHP upgrades Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM) Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin Advanced English Benefits: We offer a virtual-first work environment promoting flexibility.
