Key Account Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our international remote team as a Key Account Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling wireless plans, iPhones, and internet services to Mandarin-speaking customers in the U.S.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sell wireless plans, iPhones, and internet services through consultations via WhatsApp, WeChat, or phone.
* Manage leads generated through ad campaigns and landing pages, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
* Collaborate with US operations and remote teams to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our services and solutions.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom, tech, insurance, or international services.
* Fluency in English and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
* Proven track record of closing high-ticket or recurring-sales deals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a reliable internet connection and self-motivation.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet sales targets.
