Deliver Complex Initiatives with Excellence
We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead delivery execution across intricate, multifaceted initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role serves as the linchpin between business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion
* Develop and manage delivery plans, encompassing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Foster working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Monitor and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus
