Key Responsibilities:
 * Design and implement ITSM workflows and modules
 * Perform platform administration tasks, including user management, roles, and permissions
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions and ensure seamless integrations
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently
 * Maintain accurate documentation for development and configuration
Requirements:
 * 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with ITSM focus
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Desired Certifications:
 * Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * Certified Application Developer (CAD)
