We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
* Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 2+ years of experience in a Level 1 support role
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting clinician environments, including veterinarian clinics, doctor offices, or hospitals
