The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Modeler to join our team. This senior, customer-facing position involves leading data initiatives across countries, working directly with international clients and internal engineering teams.
* Lead customer-facing data initiatives (in English), serving as the main point of contact for analytics and modeling discussions.
* Design and implement semantic, dimensional, and aggregated data models in cloud platforms.
* Build and optimize business intelligence datasets, including aggregations and performance tuning.
* Write and review complex SQL queries for analysis and validation.
* Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and clear insights.
* Guide customers on best practices in data modeling, analytics, and business intelligence strategy.
* Collaborate with international teams to deliver end-to-end data projects.
* Mentor and support other analysts and engineers on modeling and business intelligence practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler.
* Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, dimensional modeling, and semantic layer design.
* Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and optimization.
* Deep knowledge of business intelligence tools, particularly aggregations, large models, and performance tuning.
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
* Strong business acumen — able to translate technical solutions into business value.
* Experience leading client-facing projects across countries.
* Bonus: knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or hospitality data.
