Our team communicates with clients directly when needed and strives to learn new things and grow.This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. The role is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.What we’re looking forWe’re seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You should thrive in dynamic environments, be detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.Key attributes:ProactivityStrong problem-solving mindsetClear and effective communicationEnglish proficiency (spoken and written)Living in Florianópolis – SCResponsibilitiesSupport hiring processes and talent acquisition activitiesCoordinate administrative tasks and communication with candidatesAssist with people operations activities and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needsQualifications / Nice-to-havesMust-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheetsNice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree (soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear communication)Compensation and BenefitsAs a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5K after 6 months)Opportunity to work with international clients and standardsPotential to grow into a leadership role2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental and marriage leaveRemote work; health care plan; all expenses paid for training, conferences, and online coursesSubmit your CV to the provided contact (ensure it includes your LinkedIn profile).
