Responsibilities
* Control the entry and exit of research documents requested by clients via email or client system.
* Register and search document data in a specific system or client spreadsheets, following manager guidance.
* Confirm and research physical documents, images or copies received from clients.
* Forward requested documents to the routing area for delivery, also handle returns when discrepancies are identified.
* Search and locate document boxes following procedures, then return volumes to the original location.
* Fill daily activity reports (OPLOG) following IMB procedures.
* Assist other departments and perform related tasks per manager request when no direct tasks.
* Update spreadsheets with required controls and insert data into internal system or client specific system.
* Attend client phone calls, provide support via phone or web queries.
* Receive and confirm receipt of physical documents from client malote, reset system with confirmation.
Qualifications
* High school diploma complete.
* Attention, concentration, agility, proactivity, organization and teamwork.
