Your next challenge Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in project planning, execution, and governance activities. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO reports and dashboards. Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance metrics. Collaborate closely with project and business managers to ensure project objectives are achieved, with a strong focus on strategic initiatives. Plan monitoring cadences and implement governance rituals, controls, and standardized processes. You’re a match Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles. Experience working on payment companies (banking, fintechs, etc) is an asset. Project Management certification (e.G., CAPM) is a plus. Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English (business level). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.G., Jira, Monday.Com) Methodology expertise: Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the most appropriate approach for different initiatives.
