Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Engineer/Consultant to join our team. This role involves creating technology frameworks, providing technical leadership, and supporting customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT disciplines including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations. Experience with D365, Azure, .NET technologies, solution design, requirement gathering, Microsoft CRM customization, DevOps pipelines, Power Platform, integration, patch release management, technical leadership, production support, governance best practices, and English language proficiency is also required.Responsibilities:Solution Design and Engineering: Assist with system design and engineering using Microsoft CRM, Azure features, and .net technologies.Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to understand and document business requirements.PoC and Solution Development: Perform proof of concept for new business requirements and work closely with business users to convert the PoC into a working model.Customization and Configuration: Create process flows, system tasks, and customize Microsoft CRM application as per designed artifacts.Project Engineering and Oversight: Lead project engineering for the development and enhancement of the Microsoft CRM application and provide oversight to other developers in the team.Quality Assurance and Defect Fixing: Support the Quality Assurance team during testing and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.Production Support: Analyze and resolve business-critical issues within SLA timelines.Technology Evaluation and Planning: Evaluate tools and technologies in the market that can improve business processes and benefit customers.Environment Management: Create and manage dynamics sandbox/production environments in power platform based on project needs.Design Review and Recommendations: Review implementation design/architect proposed by implementation teams and provide recommendations to ensure best practice guidelines are followed for Dynamics 365.Dynamics Releases and Configuration: Plan and support Dynamics 365 releases with multiple divisions and apply changes.DevOps Pipelines and Configuration: Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure them with various stage-based approvals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related studies, or equivalent experience.Experience with at least two IT disciplines including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.Experience with D365, Azure, .NET technologies, solution design, requirement gathering, Microsoft CRM customization, DevOps pipelines, Power Platform, integration, patch release management, technical leadership, production support, governance best practices, and English language proficiency.Why Choose Us?We offer a flexible work environment, comprehensive benefits, and career development opportunities at all levels.
