Scrum Master Job Description
Job Summary:
The Scrum Master is a key role in our Agile delivery process. The successful candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, facilitate team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies environment test data approvals)
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies (integrations OMS payments SEO/content analytics)
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP reducing blockers
