Sales Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the nutraceutical ingredients market across Latin America.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales leader who can leverage their expertise and network to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute them with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the nutraceutical industry, its trends, and the competitive landscape.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors. They will also develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business, present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, and collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* A proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* A self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
