PERM Project Manager

LegalSight is an international legal services and technology company. We are currently hiring for a division of the company which focuses on providing services to law firms across the United States.
This Project Manager position will join the PERM Advertising team. The PERM Advertising team provides U.S. immigration-based recruitment advertising and consulting services to U.S. lawyers and law firms.
A PERM Project Manager will support clients with the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects. This is an administrative, non-technical role focused on scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
This is a fully remote position. Working hours will be in Eastern Standard Time (United States time zone). Fluency in spoken and written English is required as you will be collaborating with U.S.-based team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Quality assurance functions that involve the careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Manage all lifecycle stages for a project from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
Requirements:
* Strong educational background
* Proven working experience in an environment that required close attention to detail
* The ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
* Clear, effective communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, as well as with remote teams
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* English proficiency both written and spoken
* Access to reliable internet
