Main responsabilities: - Ensure that the framework is understood and adhered to within the team. - Plan and facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews). - Help release impediments that cannot be resolved by the team, facilitating conversation and the decision-making process. - Guide the team in self-organization and help work on continuous improvement. - Communicate at different levels in a timely and assertive manner to support the team. What you need to succeed in this rol: - Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position, managing projects, using Agile/Scrum frameworks, concepts and practices. Master SCRUM, Lean, preferably be certified - Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and transparency. - Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics. - Know techniques for product design (inception, design sprint, etc.) - Learn about other Kanban, Escalation, XP frameworks - IT expertise and a true sense of dedication. - English fluent mandatory.
