Overview We are looking for a Creative Designer to support a content-driven personal brand by creating visually engaging social media assets. This role focuses on designing carousel content using Canva and assisting with light video editing. You will work closely with the founders to translate ideas, references, and written content (e.g., Google Docs or sample carousels) into polished visuals that align with the brand’s style. Key Responsibilities Design social media carousel posts using Canva based on provided content or references Translate Google Docs or example content into visually consistent, on-brand designs Replicate and adapt existing carousel styles to match the brand’s visual identity Assist with basic video editing for social media content Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with the intended messaging and style Maintain consistency in layout, formatting, and overall visual presentation Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Canva for creating social media content Strong sense of visual design, layout, and consistency Ability to follow brand style and replicate design references accurately Comfortable working with content provided in documents (e.g., Google Docs) and turning it into visuals Video editing skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Skills Experience with Figma or other advanced design tools (nice to have) Ideal Candidate Profile Detail-oriented with strong execution skills Able to take direction and translate ideas into clean, engaging designs Comfortable working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment Interested in content creation and visual storytelling
