Our company is seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards, as well as partnering with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta.
Responsibilities:
* Develop visual creative strategy from concept to brief to edit to test to scale.
* Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
* Maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
* Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven record of video ads that convert.
* Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
* UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
